When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the date your order is placed. Please note that weekends and bank holidays don't count as working days.
UK & Ireland Delivery Options
If you are local to Tunbridge Wells and would like to collect your order from us then select 'pick up' at the checkout and email us on email@example.com to arrange a collection time. Collections are usually available, but not limited to, Monday - Friday between 10am and 3pm. These days/times are not guaranteed so please make sure you contact us when you are placing your order.
UK Standard Delivery
UK Standard Delivery is £3.95 and is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 2-3 working days after dispatch for delivery.
UK Express Delivery (inc. Isle of Man & The Channel Islands)
UK Express Delivery is £5.95 and is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please allow 1-2 working days after dispatch for delivery.
Free UK & Ireland Delivery
We offer FREE Standard Delivery to UK and Ireland on all orders over £100.
Republic of Ireland Delivery
Standard Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is £8.95 and is sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 10-14 working days after dispatch for delivery.
Please note that additional customs and tax charges may be applicable in Ireland and these are the not included in the delivery charge. All additional fees are the responsibility of the customer or person receiving the parcel.
The above delivery charges are for delivery only. We are not responsible for any import duties and local taxes payable on arrival. If you refuse delivery or payment of these customs charges, there will be an additional delivery fee to have the relevant customs office return your order back to us and this will be debited from any refund due.
USA, rest of the EU and rest of the world

Delivery Delays – COVID etc
Please note that delivery times are all subject to potential delays as a result of events and pandemics beyond our control, such as COVID-19 and snow etc. None of our delivery options offer a guaranteed delivery date.

If you are not 100% satisfied, then you can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving it. All items are returnable other than earrings and our silk collection. Earrings and items from our silk collection cannot be returned or refunded for reasons of hygiene, unless faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with ALL tags attached. Please note that items are non refundable if they have make up or marks on them.
To return your product, send it, along with proof of purchase (your full name, address, and order number) to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We recommend that all returns are sent by registered post and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval of your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from any refund as these are non-refundable.
We do not offer an exchange service. We will only replace an item if it is faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving it.
